I am not sure what Coded/Uncoded means. I need to be able to host the site on Wix.

It will be 5 pages, and The website needs to borrow content from our current site CJ Chemicals.net and transfer this while updating the site per my specifications.

Yes wix sites are also coded.
please double your budget if you need this workquantum done as current budget good for 2-3 pages psd only

If you are planning on using wix for your website, you wouldn't be able to use custom designs that you have received so far for your project as wix is only good for pre-set template design layouts that they have in their library. Having a custom design integrated on to wix is not possible. Please let me know if you willing to be using wix only or are open to other website platforms such as Joomla, WordPress, Drupal etc. so that we can choose to work on your project.
Also your set budget on this project is only good for 1-2 page website designed and not coding or CMS integration involved. Please discuss over private message or email on what you are looking for and the budget you have for your project.
