Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We're a multi-invested company that's been in business since 1932. We have a slew of logos for all of our companies individually, but nothing to represent us as a whole unit. Logo needs to be colors that print well on most all surfaces, must 2 colors (prefer black and red, with black being dominate) must look good at sizes from 3" to 8 ft. We are 100% employee owned and would like to incorporate that into the logo somehow. We also have some vintage signage that we would like to emulate. We're an "old school" company, so nothing too wild.. but vintage cool or vintage modern would be great. We're vested into Transportation (truckload freight and household goods moving), Construction Equipment, Farm Equipment, Replacement Windows, Heavy Truck Repair and refuse containers and service (seriously we do it all).

** See Uploaded files for direction we were heading when we were self designing.. like the direction.. our art skills stink, 2, ESOP logo, 3, vintage sign... we LOVE the "eye" graphic at the top of the sign.. can you make our logo into something like that??
