T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The task of Douchebag Fitness is to mock every trendy design you see at your local Crossfit Box or Gym. We demotivate, insult, and are just generally pissed off at the culture surrounding competitive fitness apparel.

Where shirts in the gym say "Go Hard", we say "Fuck Off". Burpees are stupid, and the people that love them are stupid. Fran is for masochists. Dave Castro's form is shit and Greg Glassman is fat. Only douche bags tear off their sleeves. Half of us are in here to stare at the opposite sex in spandex after work because we lack the social skills to talk to them outside the gym. If these designs dont offend half the gym, including the owner, then we arent doing our jobs. We are not outside insulting ourselves either. After all, we signed a waiver.

• Sarcasm, snark, insults. References to Crossfit, and competitive work-outs. Vulgarity, insults and expletives. Anything that mocks or degrades people that take working out way too seriously.

Schön zu haben

• Anything that openly insults crossfit celebrities or owners. References to people being on performance enhancing drugs. References to paleo diets and how stupid they are.
