Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer for both mail out (in post) and via email to notify of a business name change and alert our customers to our business.
Words and pictures are provided (all done in house) so we are interested in some ideas on formatting/layout and design.
We are not wedded to the colours in the attachment, indeed a blue theme would be more in keeping with out website. We are also open to changing the layout, number of pictures etc.
This is considered just a start as we have further more substantial projects (marketing and website) in prospect.
