Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

ClassroomDJ.com is a collection of fun online tools designed to help instructors in higher education (i.e. university) build a sense of community in the classroom and enable "active learning." We have spent most of our energy on developing functionality and would love to have some real designers contribute their ideas. Everything (logos, color scheme, images, etc.) is up for grabs, but the winning design should be bootstrap friendly. We are currently using the "Jumbotron" template, but are open to others. That being said, we are less interested in getting great code than a great design. Websites we admire include polleverywhere.com, linkedin.com, and http://themes.getbootstrap.com/products/application

Pages we are particularly interested in ideas for include: homepage, random DJ, the claw, and more cowbell. The latter three currently use images that probably can't go mainstream.

If you want to participate in the contest we would love for you to check out the site first. In order to enable this, we have set up a fictional class (DCRD 102-1 - Beta Website Redesign). Once you create an account at www.classroomdj.com, you just enter the super-secret invite code "b6ddfc05" to add yourself to the class.
