Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a headhunting agency which help tech start-ups across Europe find Tech professionals, such as software and mobile engineers. This is a new business so we are starting from scratch in terms of logos and anything visual. What we want to move away from is anything corporate and classical. Our clients are tech start-ups who are distrupting their respective industries, the next whatsapp, uber, etc, and we want to match that feel/impression in our visual communication, The logo is going to be used on our website, email signature, in social networks and business cards. The Company is called RecForTech, I haven´t yet decided whether the logo should be separate to the name, or how they will integrate. Your input and expertise is much appreciated!

Logos which I like: Adidas, SoundCloud, Transferwise.

I am probably in the middle between modern and traditional, what I don´t like is anything which is a bit childish, flowery etc, it´s not going to fit in. Neither is anything which is anime style. I´d like to move away from the typical logo in our industry with a looking glass or two people shaking hands, anything which feels corporate is not right.

I like squares and triangles rather than circles.

I also like logos/Pictures/paintings with negative spaces.

The colors for my website and Graphics will be light blue(color code #33a7ff) black and White. Blue becaue it´s happy, fresh, trustorthy, and breaking up from the black and white.

I like logos which in a fun way give you an idea of what they do, like FedEx with their arrow in the middle.

Please let me know if you have any questions. It´s the first time I´m briefing a designer so any feedback is much appreciated.
