Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,
we need a logo design for a small building company called "Larik Constructions".
The company does majority of it work around SE suburbs of Melbourne and focuses mainly on renovations/extensions and new family homes.
My idea for the logo is the word "Larik" to stand out most and word "Constructions" to be tucked in somewhere on a much smaller scale. The final design should communicate warmth and quality... or maybe just something very simple and classy.
