Let's stick with blue & Grey colors if possible
No residential pitched roofs (we are a commercial developer)
Try to make something where shore is one color and rock is another color
As for logo icon perhaps a lighthouse /shoreline/rocks/water/waves
Please don't limit yourselves if you have a great but slightly different idea.

No script fonts... Block letters are better.

I like something with clean edges that will print ok in black and white when necessary.
