Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our "WalkerLand" brand. Currently our website is being re-worked, but the blog can be found at "walkerland.ca" , We are a blog at the moment, but working on developing a strong homesteading resource for Canadians, with an eCommerce store.

The brand name is pronounced "Walker Land" although I have been conveying it as "WalkerLand" with no space.

We focus on organic, natural, rustic, chemical free. Picture a quaint artistic log home surrounded by Nature, flowers, honey bees, and fresh food. That is the foundation of our brand and voice.

NOTE: just to clarify further, nature, flowers, veggies, food, bees are more our focus, not so much farm animals. They matter to us as well but seeing so many designs that feature cows and chickens make me feel I need to emphasize this more.

We would like a cheerful logo that is also professional, something perhaps with a retro/vintage or even an artistic feel (i.e. looks hand painted) but elegant font (no cursive, nothing too feminine).

We like art, color, and positive energy. Icons that look hand drawn or hand painted, vibrant, fun, I love the color red but really just love vibrant happy colors.

We will be using the logo on our website, as well as packaging for our products (soaps, e-book covers etc). Should print well in color and monochrome.
