I want to submit my design for this, i have some question about the background of the logo:
Would i put the same background or can i put new one with the same type?

Thank you for your time and posting. My apologies for not considering the background. Please do not have any background for the logo - it should be submitted against white such that we can move it around to any marketing material required seamlessly.

Please feel free to ask any other questions. This is my first time posting on design crowd so I am sure there might be more important details I have left out.
