Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a company based in Southern California called Quality Approach. The QA mission is to improve overall sales and customer service using an integrated and comprehensive method utilizing mystery evaluations, service and sales training, management coaching, and anything specific a business may need. This design needs to work for both small and large pieces. We would like to see a design that includes the color blue and the color black and the final design should communicate professionalism, be attractive, yet playful, and convey positive emotions so people smile when they see it. Neither image nor words should overpower the other.

We would like the logo on the front by itself. On the other side of the card we would like a comment box, that says "Hi I'm" and then written big below it, large First Name of cardholder. Below that is a first and last name, cell, fax, email, website, linkdin, facebook lines smaller like a normal card. We would like Icons for all of this.
