Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hard Hat is a new charitable organisation established in Perth, by Training Course Experts (TCE). ( www.tcetraining.com).

The launch strategy is Facebook oriented. There will not be a www.hardhat.org.au website as such - the strategy is to drive traffic to the main busienss website (www.tcetraining.com) via FACEBOOK.

The idea of Hard Hat is for my busienss to donate one hard and safety hi vis for every worker in the world...starting with Bali then Indonesia .. then...per student who attends my training school - ie 15,000 per annum.

TCE will donate one hard hat per student to a worker in Indonesia.. and then present them at the workplace .. initially in Bali...to protect the workers in that location who work in very difficult and unsafe conditions.

TCE trains approx 15,000 students per year - so the impact will be significant.

The hard hat in yellow plastic form has been sources from a reliable supplier in Jakarta. See the attached pics of the actual hat to be used with dimensions plus vest.

So now we need a logo. :)

The logo will be used on the hard hat and ih vis vest ( photos attached) plus on the website www.facebook.com/hardhat

The logo will be

1. Front of hard hat. MAIN
2 Rear of Hard hat - web address...www.facebook.com/hardhat
3. Front of vest - or pocket location.. logo
4. Rear of Vest - web address.. as above
5. Web site fb - logo

We must remember that the user or wearer will have very limited english and so the symbols of family or safety need to be clear... at the same time the web address is very important for westerners - perhaps on the rear of the helmet.

I see the logo in single colour only. Close to Fb colours?

Logo should be fit for purpose for facebook design - square 180x 180;

Banner for facebook also required - in lieu of web design ( website design is included in budget but provided to fund facebook banner instead.)

Users will be very illiterate workers in third wold countries.

Donors will be Australian middle class - male and female. Aged 20-60. High likely to travel to Asia esp Bali ( initially)

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Clear visible logo for front of Construction Helmet. May need different format of location between hard hat and vest. i.e. maybe the logo on the vest should be front and back?
• the symbology should cente on family and safety... the user will NOT speak
• english....
• Perhaps use the facebook colours as a guide for the font and logos - especially as regards the font on web address on the rear of the hat and vest.

Schön zu haben

• option of logo with the web address included for stationery and publicity material for the western audience.
• if in some way the logo can link into the website of Training Course Experts - then this is good...
• The new logo and website layout for Training Course Experts is attached. The Logos for Training Course Experts are only for relationship use only - perhaps some linkage can be established in look and feel...

Sollte nicht haben

• Too many words on front.. use symbols and single colour.
• logo MUST be fb compatible...see specs on line..
• fb banner must be compatible...
