To my understanding people submit the designs and then if your design is chosen DesignCrowd pays out the 200. Otherwise there is no pay. I have already paid them and they will pay the artist if chosen. Thanks for your question. I do not know how the artist's designs are protected and perhaps ask DesignCrowd. All the Best to you

thank you for replying. I asked that because I had cheated by many clients without guarantee the payment. they took many revisions for the design and refunded the project. so I lost my money and my designs too. :(
Thats why I ask to guarantee the payment. if you done that many designers are attract to your project too. :) I can show couples of design if you guarantee the payment. :)

Perhaps I need to change the business name.  My website at www.wildwisdom-integral.com can give you some idea of what my work is.  Over all...it is about mind body counselling and psychotherapy with mindful meditation and contemplative movement as a major part.  The designs I''ve been receiving are really wonderful ...in fact beautifully perfect for herbal shops, athletics, strictly meditation and energy work etc....however most  not quite representing what I am needing.  As I said...I am literally having to rethink the name...as opposed to you rethinking design!
