Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for ATLibrary (please IGNORE old atlibrary.com site, see NEW SITE in development at LIBRARY.TAYLODGE.COM). This is a cloud based application to manage loan-banks (libraries) of Assistive Technology products to lend out to people with disabilities. Our clients include health services and the educational sector that provide loans/trials of assistive technology (text to speech, alternative keyboards, specialised software, switches, special computers etc). Our software is similar to what a regular library would use, just that it is tailored to the disability sector. The application allows an organisation to not only manage their equipment, but also to facilitate collaboration, optimise usage, provides in-depth analysis of their stocks and loans, and is tailored to the sector.
We would like the design to incorporate (a) disability (no wheelchairs please) (b) library/loan-bank concept, and if possible (c) collaboration/communication.

No strong colour preference. If it goes well with the existing website colours that's bonus but we're hoping for something distinctive (e.g. when seen on a browser tab). See http://www.library.taylodge.com (will ultimately become www.atlibrary.com).

Maybe not too heavy on the text, would be nice to have the word ATLibrary on the logo.

We are trying to shy away from over-playing books (I know we have a book library as one of the opening slides, but this will change over time).
