The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not shopping or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Hi when you say landing page what do you mean? i checked the link you provided and it seems like you want a full mock up web template if that is what you want can you please reply.
Because my idea of a landing page is usually a pre-page design of say maybe an ad that you see before you click to enter the main page. And also do you want psd or in pdf the file?

can you give me a screnshot of the reference site?
because it's "403 forbidden" on my location.
