Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my e-cigarette liquid company, it needs to wrap around any background especially clear, cant loose quality when i shrink or enlarge logo, the full name Quality Puff Vapors should be on the logo will love for the Tag line to be included if possible "Because Puffing Quality Matters" and the idea here is to keep in mind that the logo will be used in E-liquid bottles as small as 10 ml bottles which means that the logo should be seen with out having to turn the bottle, which is usually 2 Centimeters in length, when i shrink it the graphic needs to be seen inside the 2 Cm. my logo needs to be able to stand out from the rest, the idea behind the logo is when you go to a vapor shop and you have never vaped and you look up at all those choices my logo needs to be able to deliver in standing out from the rest, my original idea had some cloudy/smoky letters but it doesn't need to be that way, people associate vaping with puffing clouds, it could even have a cartoon character associated with vaping just nothing to childish that would attract kids for example a Disney character. again it doesn't even have to have a cartoon character surprise me keeping in mind what i have told you. One more thing my main color scheme that i use on my website currently is #FFDC73 my website is www.qualitypuffvapors.com i am not set on the color unless i find a good logo to go with #FFDC73
