The current budget suffices for homepage design only - not ALL pages designed or coded or shopping or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

I want a website Banner (large leaderboard 720 X 300) intended for a website I'm starting soon. Is this possible to have this picture and keep it for my future website? I am not completely ready to make website yet so I want an Banner.

The website say :Currently, crowdSPRING offers only uncoded web design , meaning the Buyer receives only the design of the page, not CSS or HTML coding (or any other type of coding). Typically, you'll receive layered PSD files and these would be used by your developer when they build your site.
This is what I'm looking for. for a nice banner for a future website.
I can guarantee project once some can tell if this is possible?
