Just To Clarify: The Entire menu Including cover page will all be on One Piece of 11x17 paper.  That paper will be printed on both sides and folded in half to create the 4 pages.

Just letting you know that it will be impossible for us to make a menu for you that you can easily change yourself AND is high quality unless you yourself own Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. Do you? Otherwise the options are providing you the menu in a .doc format (which would be very low design quality), or offering to do the changes for you as needed (I personally would charge you a small fee per change to do this). Just wanted to hear your thoughts before I began work.

Yeah I have InDesign & Adobe Illustrator that is what I was talking about. Just didn't want it in some weird format that is uncommon or something.

Please tell me if this menu will also include any desserts (since you have provided images for them but no texts) and drinks (I can get the texts for it from the pdf, if needed).

The drink and beverage menu are separate. However there is a small beverage portion on the menu which are sodas coffee juices and milk. If for some reason those are not there let me know as they should be.

The 2 dessert pics and martini pic I used as a banner on the bottom of the page and wrote "Life is Short, Eat Dessert First" I would still like to have that phrase/pics in the menu.

1. The drinks do not appear in the .doc file (Menu outline), I saw them in the old menu file - hence my question.

2. Regarding the banner - would it be ok to place it somewhere else, for example on the last page, with the breakfast?

3. Also, in the old menu on the bottom of the second page there is a line "Ranch - French - 1000 Island - Vinaigrette - Lemon Mayo - Bleu Cheese". Does that belong near the salads or is it a more general thing?

1. Yeah I need them in there like the old menu file...the text file was a quick outline for people needing a text version.

2. I would like the banner on one of the inside pages.
