Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are a brand new business – we approve and inspect houses, pools and building extensions to ensure compliance with Australian Building Standards.
We are looking for a logo that will set the corporate style – we are a regulator, but don’t want to appear too "stiff".
We are not looking for a logo that incorporates the business name as such, but something that sits alongside the business name and might possibly reflect our area of operation (i.e. Manning Valley, Manning River, Martin Bridge – but not necessarily exactly replicated!) Google these names NSW, Australia.
A logo that presents well in black and white format or a version of it would be of added interest – want to use the logo as a watermark in documents and fax correspondence, etc.
We want a logo which might stand alone. Minimalistic– looking for something simple but clever and not "busy".
We hope the logo might set the theme of the web page, but more importantly it should be able to be embroidered onto clothing, hats, etc as we wish to sponsor local sporting events.
We are open to suggestion about colour/s.

Hi thanks for all your time and work so far. I just wanted to note that so far most of the designs have included the name (which isn't overly exciting), but I had hoped that the logo would be an indicative/identifiable separate "brand" which will set a theme and be able to be embroidered onto clothing, watermarked into documents, etc. In my mind this means an image that will stand alone (but also could have the business name beside it).

- Originality! As stated in the brief however, an abstract representation of the region we will operate in i.e. the Manning Valley, NSW, Australia (which is on the Manning River and is crossed by the Martin Bridge which is distinctive in design) might be nice (but is not an absolute).
PS: the City is not large (i.e. no multi-storey buildings)
Schön zu haben
- Ideas, but not limited to might be abstract river/bridge or valley with river, also OK for house/roof line or magnifying glass. Also our motto is "Your project is our priority" as we are fast and customer focussed.
