The basic need for a home is the most important in life - hence the name home-1st.de or home-first.de. We build in medium and large cities houses with apartments (2.5 to 3.5 rooms ca 39 sqm -. 49 sqm) with optimized land use. We focus on the essential, avoiding waste optimize surfaces. We need a logo which the subject carries a high recognition word. Home-1st stands for affordable housing with the highest quality, is "my home". The main target group are singles / couples, the focus is on the baby boomer generation (1943 to 1963) who are still working but already are retired. There are neither age nor Retirement Homes - but apartments with all conditions in these homes long self-determination to live with, if desired external service providers, such as for home care. The color / colors of the logo should reflect seriousness, safety and security.
