                            The Cheese Puff Shop is run by two women. One is Australian (Angela) and the other is Brazilian (Carla). Carla has brought the idea with her from Brazil. Cheese puffs are a staple in Brazil. It is a favourite breakfast choice and snack. We want to bring the concept to Adelaide, Australia. A cheese puff has a round shape and is crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside. It has a golden crust and is very light, yet with a decadent cheesy flavour. They are also gluten free.
We are called the 'The Cheese Puff Shop'. Our business name is very specific. We want a logo that's friendly and approachable, yet ignites the taste buds. We do not want it to look like 'fast food', like Hungry Jacks which has a modern look. We want something homely and warm but not granny like (that's too old fashion).
We use only the finest ingredients and because of that we sell direct to the consumer. We put a lot of love, time and effort into our product because we want to establish a reputation which can be trusted.
We will be selling our product cooked and frozen. That is, our clients have the options to buy already cooked and hot or they can buy our frozen packs and cook them at home. We want to establish the cheese puffs as a great party food not just a home snack.
