Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a unique poster designed for our feature film: "HARD TIDE", a British crime thriller/drama feature film that is releasing in cinemas on 29th April.

The film [HARD TIDE] tells the incredible true story of a small time criminal in a British seaside town who, on the eve of a turf war, is forced to go on the run with a neglected 9-year-old girl after a tragic accident.

This poster will be an alternative, special-edition image that may be used for posters and possibly limited edition blu rays, definitely lauded and credited on the film's IMDB page, and shouted across all our social media.

We really want the poster to have a strong character/identity or style of it's own.

Influences for the film were "Leon: The Professional", "London To Brighton", "Shifty" and "Sweet Sixteen".

Above all the poster needs to be:
1. Eye catching, striking & stylized
2. Highly intriguing, iconic
3. Hinting at drugs/violence
4. Hinting at heartwarming sweetness

We're looking for something surprising or intriguing that will really sell this film, or make people look twice when they see it.

The design will need to be developed into a full size movie poster - printable, at high res (24x36 inches/61x91.5 cm). As this will be used as an alternative special edition poster and Blu Ray cover, we will need your design as a .psd file so we can add credits, etc.
