Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo designed for a new real estate crowdfunding website. We have reserved several website URL's that employ iterations of the word "crowdvelop." For example: crowdvelop.com, crowdvelopers.com, crowdvelopments.com. Our objective is to build a website brand that evokes crowdfunding for real estate developers. Feel free to propose concepts that use one or more of these URL's. We are seeking something minimalist, mature, and professional; NOT witty or playful. Examples: RealtyShares, FundRise, RealtyMogul, GroundBreaker, AssetAvenue. We would prefer a more typographical logo (see Groundbreaker) than an independent logo + name (see Asset Avenue) - but this is NOT a deal breaker! As for the webpage: simpler is better! Think Airbnb (we intend to incorporate a similar video loop on our homepage).
