Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer designed to attract new clients for our interior design company.
We are planning to do a mailing for marketing purposes. We will need the mailer to be 5" x 7".
The front should have a great before and after layout and the back of the card should have one full image, be informational and have an area for labeling the address and for a stamp.
Look and feeling wise, the images should be arranged in a minimal and 'cool' manner. We specialize in modern design, so the card should represent that.
