Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for my apartment rental business in Paris. This is my website where I showcase my this iste. There is already a logo in place which I designed myself about 7 years ago, and which I need to give a face-lift. I'd like something that goes along similar lines, but perhaps giving it a more sophisticated look and feel.As the website shows a palette mix of green, subtle grey, black and white, I am thinking of adopting a similar colour palette: green, light grey and dark grey. I dont have any particular example to showcase because most competitors typically design their logos putting the Eiffel tower symbol on one of the letters 'A' in the wording, which I dont mind but as long as this is done in style, not just a tacky Eiffel Tower in the middle of two words.Inspiration ideas to come up with a cool logo: - My two apartments are actually in the 14th district of Paris . Take a look at the map of Paris here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/14th_arrondissement_of_Paris- the 14th arrondisement is a very popular 'district', less posh than the extravagant districts nearer the river : Latin quarter, Eiffel Tower neighbourhood. However the 14th district has a vibrant French street life, with lots of street markets and events. It is mainly residential and one can still see many cobblestone street and actual houses that were built over 100 years ago (not a normal thing in the rest of Paris where it is mainly Hausmannian buildings dotting the street).- the 14th district is home to hundreds of craftsmen and artists that offer their work to the residents running courses or events: ceramics, paint, masks... It it the district with more artists workshops in the whole of Paris. -an artistic representation of the Eiffel Tower blended with the text Eventually if my inspiration tips and ideas havent tickled your creative mind, then just try coming up with an enhanced version of my current logo and that may be fine.
