Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Design Master Software sells engineering design software for buildings. Our software does calculations for air-conditioning and electrical systems. You can see our current logo on our website at http://www.designmaster.biz.

I would like an updated logo. What we have doesn't scale well (there is a thin red box around the whole thing) and doesn't work well on white (the DM get lost a bit).

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Something that scales well. It should work at 16x16 pixels (for favicons and dialog boxes in the software itself), at 100x100 pixels on websites (probably the most common use), and blown up on a t-shirt.
• Have it work as a single, solid color. It can be more complicated, but I would like to be able to strip it down to just the basic shapes and have it still be recognizable.
• I want the logo to work on its own without the company name included. If you do include the company name, use "Design Master". Two words, not one. Don't include "Software".

Schön zu haben

• Incorporate the abbreviation "DM" in it if possible. That's what customers instinctively refer to my company as, so it would be best to capture that in the logo.
• Our current colors are blue (#336699), red (#CC0000), and grey (whatever shade you like). You are not limited to those colors or required to use them, but reusing them would simplify my life when I update everything with the new logo.
