Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a new business venture, we could be referred to as a share business. We facilitate the connecting of coaches starting out in their journey with other student coaches and clients for the purpose of coaching skills development (by coaching) and being coached on a pro bono basis. We also provide a means by which non-coaches can receive pro bono coaching.
We have operated via a Facebook Group Peer Coaching Exchange for 18 months. Expansion internationally intended. Membership website currently being built. We pair peers weekly, minimum of 3 required so the coach is not the client of the person they coach and the coach has more experience than or similar experience to the client. I've thought of the classic share icon of 3 dots joined with line, but in this case two one solid . Open to others ideas around the words coaching, exchange, share, people, development. Will need to have a transparent background.
Visions is to assist and support coaches in their journey of becoming an exceptional coach.
Mission - to increase the coaching market, increase the coaching standard and help coaches to make significant income in the process. Right now we only accommodate English language, in time we will also provide services in other languages.
Currently studying with TCI The Coaching Institute out of Melbourne Victoria Australia.
Aim is to have coaches form schools all over the world participating in the program, for all background.

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

Student coaches, coaches starting out on their coaching journey, schools where coaches train. Coaches need someone to coach, generally this is other coaches, however what they are really seeking is the opportunity to coach non-coaches, people seeking change in some aspect of their life, relationships or business that they are struggling to know why they do not move on and are seeking help in moving on.
