Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo designed for a startup construction company that focuses on residential development and improvements. Our tag line is "All your property needs under one roof".
I have attached possible ideas below as I am keen to convey that we are a multi-trade company. As you will see from the attached pictures I have illustrated building, plumbing, electrics and landscaping/gardening.
The company prides itself in a quality finish and so I would like a crisp, simple design that is easily identifiable and can be used on all my business stationary, advertisement and vehicle sign writing.
I would like black as the background colour but would need something that would work on white paper headers and everything else.
Perhaps rounded corners to squares and no really fine illustrations or text used.
I want it looking very professional and up-market.
I really like the use of the different colours for each of the trades illustrated.

• Ideal for use on both white backgrounds and black.
• Crisp professional design that would look good big and small.
• Lower case bold "Tradetec". Upper case standard "CONSTRUCTION".
