Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a fun and spirited food truck logo using the attached file as a guide only. Want a very happy duck in chef's clothing hanging out of a food truck window. Food item on one wing and perhaps a spatula in the other? Chef's hat can be floppy or stove pipe style. Wing feathers need to be wrapped around whatever they are holding. Would like a bandana style scarf utilizing the Maryland Flag logo. Also tie in something like that on the chef's hat? The concession trailer itself is bright red so what ever works with that. The logo has to be fun, unique, and happy!
