Lets plan this website in 2 phases ie. Design Phase & then the Development/Wordpress setup Phase.

a] Design Phase - You have proposed the price of 400$ for this phase. Hence once the theme for the home page is delivered & once you approve it - you can release the 1st payment of 400$ for this project.

b] Wordpress Setup / Development Phase - On receiving the payment for the Design Phase, i will then initiate the work on the coding phase. I will have the design coded into html / set up on wordpress with all the necessary plugins installed & all the inner pages created with content laid out on those pages appropriately & when the wordpress setup work is done & the site is completed as per your requirements and when we are ready to go live - you can then release the balance payment of 400$ for this project.

If you want to work with me outside designcrowd, even that works fine - we can actually communicate via emails frequently instead of communicating via Design Crowd messaging tool & we can also communicate online via chats as well where you can brief me during every phase of this project..
