Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo design for a software company. There is no specific area that the company will be focusing in. Logo should be designed around the word "Rarog" (google images should help) which is a type of falcon and is also mythological fire bird similar to phoenix. Rarog is mentioned is several European cultures and often depicted as a bird made out of fire. If bird head silhouette is used, use the falcon's beak, it is very unique to this type of bird. Design can and ideally should include the same ideas. See attached images for some clarification.
