Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a boutique real estate group in Las Vegas. The name of the group is "Nick Laymon Group" and consists of three young real estate agents. We want two matching logos - One with the full name "Nick Laymon Group" and one with just the initials "NLG". The idea behind the two matching logos is to have the ability to use either one interchangeably depending on situation and space requirements.

We like the vintage design/style. We want to design to be interpreted as young, and fun, but will get the job done. I would like the logo to be professional, but casual and approachable. Many agents in town market themselves as suitcoat-stuffy and we want to differentiate ourselves from that stigma.

I would like the full name logo to include "Nick Laymon Group" "Est 2006" and "Competent, Bold, Fun"

The matching initials logo can, but doesn't have to include "Est 2006" and "competent, bold, fun" It all depends on the design and your expert opinion.

We would like the designs to be monochromatic so we can switch from black to white design depending on the situation.
