Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for an Indigenous community program that incorporates sport and recreation activities whilst centering on the social and emotional well-being of the member. however, it is more of a family approach rather than the individual. 'Thandabi' is the Lardil (the traditional owners of Mornington Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria, Australia) language name for what is known as the waterspout, it is a force to be reckoned with but also cleanses and heals and provides from the saltwater in which our community is entwined with. thus the waterspout is what we would like our design to be the focus on. we have distinct cultural hats (one conical the other more rectangular prism like photos attached) that would identify the connection if can be incorporated in design.our colours are blue and gold but open to other colours that may suit design. our logo ideally would reflect Mornington Island, our connection to the sea and family. if possible in terms of text have a comparison with just the Thanabi Program and the other with the extra wording.
