Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our company based in The Netherlands called 'Certificaatspecialist'. Its a Business Consulting company with 3 main services:
1. Company Sertificates (for quality and safety)
2. Tender Management
3. Mergers and Aquisitions

Furhermore we are active in severall different industries, such as the Health Industry, Oil & Gass, Technical, Real estate and more.

The logo shouldn't be too long (horizontal and if possible suitable as a profile picture. So to fit in a square. We dont have a specific words which the logo should communicate, and we are open for suggestions. Dazzle us :)

But to help you in a direction we collected a couple of logos from the internet which we like (see uploaded files). So that could be a starting piont.

Furthermore, we would like to see also a logo looking similar to the uploaded pic 'the leader' with the wings on both sides.
