Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung
Poster is advertising a new family fitness session called "Family Fitbugs".
Design of the project is meant to emphasize the fact we are trying to get mum/dad to be exercising along with children.
Sessions are open for parent/guardian and any child aged 5+.
Sessions are a mixture of strength and cardiovascular work and fun and games.
Little bit of background on Ladybug Fitness - this is the Umbrella company within which "Family Fitbugs" will sit.
"Ladybugs Fitness offers fun and interactive exercise classes for mums and bumps/babies and families. Spend some quality time with your little ones whilst you exercise and get back into your pre-pregnant jeans! We also offer a professional physiotherapy service, so if you are needing an assessment or some advice, contact us." - taken from our facebook page.

I need a section at the bottom with space so that I can write in a venue and times. so a "When and where?" box would be good.

Poster is to be A3 size.
I'll upload some other images that Ladybug Fitness have the rights to use. I would like the poster to reflect the inclusive nature of the sessions. It could be mum/dad/older brother or sister that brings the little sibling
along to the session. The session will be targeted at "family fitness through fun and games" so please don't get bogged down with strength and cardio parts too much.
I'll also upload a design I saw earlier that I liked the look of. Was thinking something similar along those kind of lines.

This is a shout out to all those Mums, Dads, Aunties and Uncles, Childminders or brave Grandparents!
We are pleased to announce our Family Fitbugs Classes are BACK! These are classes you and your children (age 5 years and over) to get together and exercise through circuits, agility, games and most importantly FUN!
Our Instructor Sam, has a wealth of experience in providing schools and youth groups exercise sessions which are engaging, hard work and fun. His experience as a Sports Development Instructor has given him the expertise of developing classes specifically designed for children and we are inviting you along to experience a fun and motivational session.
