Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The logo design is for a new Sydney based Vietnamese restaurant/cafe called "Phởlosophy". We will be selling traditional ,premium quality Phở (Beef noodle soup), vietnamese bread rolls, coffee and other snacks and dessert.The target market would be young professionals, mid to high income workers and foodies.We would want to use different fonts or style etc. for the letters "phở" and "losophy" to make the pun noticeable and obvious for customers. The logo could be text only or with simple visual elements that are Vietnamese/oriental influenced (chopsticks as accents etc.) or has a philosophical feel. We would like the design to be clean, simple, hip and trendy, and communicate an artful sense of culture while promoting the authenticity of our traditional style food fused with modern tastes.Initial idea for fonts are a vintage hand-written typography or asian caligraphy but also open to other ideas.

• Distinction between the letters "phở" and "losophy" but "pholosophy": as one word without space. Show distinction by way of different font or size or thickness etc.

• A symbol to be used with the text that is an abstract combination of a philosophical representation such as (greek letter "ɸ") and Vietnamese elements (basil leaf, chilli, lemon etc.)
