Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are about to re-launch our nightclub of 10 years. We have fully renovated the venue and would like to change the name to reflect the interior. The nightclub is on the second floor above our live music venue- the entire building is called The Black Swan Hotel which features a black swan in the logo. The new nightclub will be called "The Perch" at the Black Swan Hotel Points to consider:
1. The logo only needs to include the words "The Perch"
2. The new logo must be complementary to the Black Swan Hotel logo(see attached) as they will appear on the same page/ posters/ letterhead etc- the colors of this logo are black, red and white
2. The Perch logo should maybe not include any bird life due to the existing black swan in the other logo and may be overkill having two birds (see attached)
3. The logo must be appropriate for a nightclub & appealing to young people
4. The logo must be easy to read and striking
5. Due to placement and signage, a horizontal design would work much better
