Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo to brand a new, luxury residential development. It is a single family, luxury home. Its address is 1280 Fairfax Street. It is in a city called Birmingham. I'd like the designer to only use the address and the city in this logo, along with an abstract symbol to represent the unique transitional, luxurious nature of the project (should not include any picture of house). Also, the text should be only in neutral colors (black, grey, dark blue). Also, please make a suggestion as to what font of text would be appropriate to use in a brochure branded with that label. A picture of the home is attached. It needs to also strategically include the logo of the company. It should be something along the lines of 1280 Fairfax Street in Birmingham by Brandywine Construction & Management. The logo is attached.
