The selected designer violated Designcrowd terms by copying and pasting clipart into the design. All elements are NOT original. This could also be a copyright violation.

The problem with this designer is, if they are willing to sell you protected material, the entire design may be clipart (sans text).

After a closer look into the designer's portfolio., there are NUMEROUS copyright violations. The designer repeatedly uses artwork created by others.

The floral end designs are almost certainly part of a font set (like wingdings) and as such should not pose any copyright issues as long as the font set is available for commercial use. I am not aware that designers are not allowed to use commercially available fonts for their logo designs. Perhaps we need more defined rules on what constitutes "clipart".
