Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

OGS is a global organisation with its corporate headquarters located in Perth, Western Australia and regional offices in Brisbane, Darwin, Singapore, Korea & China.
OGS delivers dedicated project support services, incorporating but not limited to; project design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, operations and maintenance. Our cross industry expertise, project expertise and track record of successfully delivering international projects with blue chip clients and partners has led to our fast evolving reputation as a preferred supplier worldwide within the oil and gas industry onshore and offshore within both greenfield and brownfield scopes.

Need to get information on a one page handout. There are 4 documents that need to be developed.

We need a banner across the top and bottom of each page, which has our logo, title of the document, and our contact details (Head Office – Address: Unit 25, 82-84 King Street, Perth WA 6000 Australia. Phone: +61 8 9226 2413) Needs to keep with the OGS colours but use images that are relevant to the oil and gas/commissioning industries. Our previous “who we are” flyer is attached so you have a feel for what we are after.

Jason Antunovich
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
An extensively experienced and practical executive in the engineering industry with over 20 years’ service, more specifically in the oil and gas sector, since 1988.
The experience has been gained through a wide array of projects throughout Australia and Overseas working in the area of Design, System Analysing, Commissioning and Construction before commencing in Business Development and then finally Company Management and Directorships.
Jason has gained extensive experience in line and project management roles and more particularly in change management, people development and team motivation.
He has extensive experience leading and working in teams associated with design, construction and commissioning of world scale capital projects in both ‘brownfields’ and ‘Greenfields’ scenarios.
Paul Roberts
Chief Financial Officer
Paul is a qualified accountant (CGMA, CMA, CPA. MAAT) and brings to the team over 20 years of Australian and International experience in a number of key financial roles at both ASX listed and private companies. Paul comes to the team with a strong financial, commercial and business analytical skills combined with proven effective leadership of finance teams. Paul has significant experience in managing working capital requirements of growth businesses with an international footprint. Paul is a member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants & Association of Accounting Technicians.

Anne Zurzolo
HR Manager
Anne has more than 10 years’ experience across Oil & Gas, Resources, Engineering, and Finance industries. With general human resources experience, Anne has led strategic and operational HR support and services across recruitment, on boarding, training, remuneration and benefits, employment contract management, career planning and organisational accreditation for 457 visas. Further to this Anne has also managed HR within the M & A environment, through due diligence and post-acquisition integration on both buy and sell sides within the context of global organisations.

Andrew Bell
Project Services & Agency Representative
Project Services and Management expertise with local and international experience in the oil & gas, mining, and utilities industries, as well as a strong understanding within the finance sector. Andrew’s strengths and experience lie in developing and executing business proposals, as well as liaising with external consultants and clients. Possessing competent financial and economic modelling skills and the ability to utilise data for risk and profit based outcomes. Andrew has managed ISO 9001 implementation and ensures that all quality assurance processes are adhered to.
Andrew holds both Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce (Economics & Finance) degrees and is working towards a Master of Science (Energy).

Andrew McEwen
Director: OGS NT
Andrew has lived in the North of Australia for the last 26 years, bringing valuable local knowledge to the OGS NT office. He has owned and operated his NT services business for 17 years; servicing local and international clients before concentrating and moving into the Oil & Gas and Mining Sector. Andrew has many years of experience in logistics, service and supply, his extensive experience in the NT comes from the following industries: Oil & Gas; Mining; Exploration; Pastoral, Commercial Marine; and Construction.

Michael Walsh
Business Development Manager- Queensland
Michael is a professional civil and mechanical engineer with more than 40 years’ experience in Australia and internationally, across consulting, construction and manufacturing sectors at operational and executive levels. He has held a number of senior executive roles with companies including Cooper Flow Control, GEC Alstom, and Queensland Rail and has served on a number of industry associations, government committees and private sector boards.

Michael has broad knowledge and experience in Australian and international business, with an extensive professional network throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States. He has manufactured and supplied products to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, water, military and nuclear industries.
