Foodioso is a brand that is built around inspirational and delicious food videos, which provides engagement through video for Chefs, restaurants and customers.
Foodioso is a new way to search and find local restaurants via short promotional videos of restaurant food and wine.
Foodioso is for restaurants that want to stand out from the crowd and offer a fresh, personal, video perspective of their food and wine.
Foodioso Videos are short, snappy and informative for a digitally orientated target market.

Foodioso Videos showcase a signature dish and an accompanying Glass of wine outlining the ingredients accompanied by Chef's words on the dish/ingredients.

Foodioso allows restaurants to promote their local ingredients and engage with customers through the cooking process in Video – giving a different insight and dialogue between Kitchen, Chef and customer.


We need Branding for a new website and app called Foodioso that will be used to search and find restaurants online. The site will provide video content on restaurant signature dishes, wines, whiskey and beers alongside content provided by restaurants and Chefs. The Logo needs to be suitable for Video branding.

We are trying to convey an image that provides a different approach to searching for Restaurants on-line - something that is tailored to foodies and provides a new dialogue between Chef and customer via video and photo content.

We see the branding as being sophisticated and creative conveying and communicating locally sourced, independent and fresh ingredients to an audience in the 25-65 age group. Our video content will show foods being prepared, cooked and presented onto the final plate by Chefs - so think dramatic cuts, sexy oozing sauces and accompanying music overlays.

Chefs and foodies play a key part in our user base -but so does anyone seeking to find out more about a local restaurant and it's food/drink.

Restaurants will expect quality presentation when being hosted on our site.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• In terms of Colour I think something rich and vibrant should be used to align to striking food colours and it should have multiple colours.
• The logo and business name wrapped in a circle or square perhaps (so that it can be used as video logo in bottom right of screen and easily identifiable) and for app.

Schön zu haben

• Incorporation of foods in the logo - if this can be worked or;
• Joined up letters to form foods - if this can be worked or;
• Incorporation of kitchen utensils in the logo - if this can be worked.

Sollte nicht haben

• a specific nationality representation - like chop sticks (chinese), pizza (italian) etc. It needs to represent all types of cuisine served at restaurants.
