Logo design project or sign design project?

I've got what I think is a pretty cool idea for the logo however am not sure how the kiosk/booth plays into this...

I'm guessing that is your lemonade "stand" and you want to put graphics (the logo) on one of the panels.

Please clarify and I can get busy..

Yes, we will likely have the logo printed onto at least three of the sides, but not likely the top. Each side is roughly 60" x 30" so I'd like to to fit nicely on there. I believe the material for the sides will be yellow.
