Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a new project based in Maryland called the "Maryland Faith Community Health Network." This Network aligns resources in our diverse faith community with the health care needs of hospitalized congregants. Hospital staff will coordinate with congregation-based volunteers to ensure that all of an adult patient's needs are well-met before and after discharge from a hospital stay. The goal of this project is to facilitate excellent, timely pastoral care and support and reduce avoidable (re)hospitalizations. It is important that the logo not favor one faith tradition over another and not feature children.
