Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for my property company that also provides advisory services.

what we do is urban design (making the master planned estates), project management, development management, project marketing and selling the allotments.

really what i do is find land, work with the land owner to create a new development of smaller allotments than their original parcel.

my mantra is:

Englobo has a special meaning :

- “an undeveloped lot, group of lots or parcel of land that is zoned to allow for, and capable of significant subdivision into smaller parcels under existing land use provisions.”


What we would like to see :

We would like to see designs that are weird and wacky to grab people's attention so that when they see it they take the time to look at what it is and show us as being creative / out there.

now saying that the design should be professional and not look childish. I also do not want to see the standard 'house looking like a logo or building'
