Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We have an upmarket restaurant predominantly seafood next to a seafood shop. We pickle our own seafood products, sell local caught fish as well as Australian and imported products, we smoke our own fish and have several condiment lines eg. smoked salt pepper & chilli, kilpatrick sauce, salt and pepper mix. In the season we can hold up to 2000 live lobsters which we sell interstate and locally and export. We are situated in a country location in South Australia. We need a logo that is simple and easy to read, eg. driving past our sign at 100km per hour but elegant to go on a label on our products. The Restaurant is called "Inland Sea Restaurant" and the Seafood Shop is "Inland Sea Foods" We want a logo that we can use for both and interchangeable therefore main focus on "INLAND SEA" and lowercase say for Restaurant & Seafood Sales / Foods underneath which we can change for both areas. Seafood Sales will go on anything we combine and Foods will interchange when dealing only with our shop products. We like Navy Blue and white, we like classy and professional. We like simple. It could incorporate a "stick figure" drawing of a fish or something that represents sea. Or happy also with the Wordmark Logo or Pictorial Logo. Funly enough we are not actually based on the water but inland. We did try a designer but only offered us 2 designs (both very similar) and they did not work for us. I am hoping for better luck this time as we feel we cannot go further in our business until we have a proper identity. Orange, Red or Silver are other optional colours. I have added a copy of another companys logo which we quite like.

Our target market is clientele 30yrs - 65 years. Professionals. Those who can appreciate a finer dining experience and are happy to purchase seafood, a little more expensive than the supermarket but you are getting quality and know where the fish is coming from.
