Just a query, the heading is saying flyer design and you want a brochure design...?

You need to upload the edit matter including your company logo and name of the company.

Kindly mention the number of pages for brochure.

the brochure will be approximately 30 pages.
some will be plain text and photos, whilst others will be tables, graphs and maps, etc.
I am looking for a design and feel that can be deployed across the various scenarios this entails.

The objective is to come up with a new look which can be used in a marketing brochure and its associated flyer. The look and feel of the document needs to be adaptable to long and short formats.
Not sure of the relevance of the logo and name at this point... i am looking for design ideas.
i will say that our corporate colour is royal blue, and we are marketing safe and secure investments (bricks and mortar) so we are not looking to be too funky or bold...safe and secure whilst highlighting premium real estate and growth in the surrounding area.

Could you please tell me the name of the Business's website??
