Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung
The law offices of J. Scott Isherwood needs a logo design for its internet presence (website, linkedin, facebook, twitter, etc.). I am in the early stages of developing a website and would like a classic yet modern logo that will stand the test of time.
The firm specializes in civil litigation (helping our clients resolve legal problems in court, by suing or defending lawsuits brought against them by others) in commercial, business and real estate matters. Our clients are small to mid-size corporations, and individuals with disputes having a monetary value in excess of $75,000. Clients receive thorough analysis of the legal issues presented by their case, and provided clear options for obtaining optimal results depending on their objectives.
The design should communicate strength, intelligence and competence.
Updates
Thanks for all the submissions so far - there are many compelling designs. I notice, however, many of the designs are using "Office" in the singular. The name of the firm is "Law Offices of J. Scott Isherwood".
I have been busy and have not been able to fully evaluate all the proposals, but am trying to respond to some of my favorite designers soon.

I am sorry for the typo in my brief. I left the "s" off of "offices" in my original brief. I just noticed it after one of the designers mentioned it to me. I regret any inconvenience. Once again, thank you for all your submissions.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I have received many great submissions in the last few days to compliment several I have been considering over the last week. I would to select several of the best in the next couple of days, and see if some slight revisions will reveal my preferred design.
