Feedback please.

I like the design concept. The "Q" forms nicely to the beveled square and the rendering shows the kind of trustworthiness that I'm looking for. The logo doesn't pop for me on the industriousness scale though. I'm wondering if a different type of geometry might help. Also, I'm imagining the "Q" being incorporated in the name as well, and I'm not sure it works for that. Out of the twenty+ designs I've received its in the top three!

I've crafted a very wonky image of the idea that's been done by several of you in various ways, but not all together. I think this is what I'm leaning towards as of now. Please send me your updated revisions, or something that takes on that general theme. Thanks!!!
