Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a logo for real estate rental company. Thinking very classical with embellished script.

For this one, logo should be for Memorysmith Properties, LLC

I would like the logo to be adaptable to add a smaller seconds line which will be interchangable,

At this time there is an Intown, Inc. and a Frontporch, LLC, (The official name is Memorysmith Properties Intown, Inc. and Memorysmith Properties Frontporch, LLC).

I see the first line as large than the second line smaller.

The writing is possibly contained in an embellished ellipse shape (Sort of like a doorknocker)

Or if you have any other ideas I would be interested. Need it to be friendly to the introductions of new names and variations on the name as described above.

Also, I am located in Georgia and have properties in Atlanta and Savannah if that helps with the theme.
