Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have an existing surveying business, with an existing logo.
I would like to create a new logo, one with more colour & with a more corporate & modern appeal. Surveying is a very sharp & precise industry & I want to convey that.
My business is called, True North Surveying.
Id like some options showing TNS also?
Surveyors basically take the engineering data & place the design into the real world, we could use something like a jigsaw puzzle or even a globe as the logo.
Please contact me if you require more direction/clarification.
I like the idea of having a globe, as a jigsaw being connected together etc. Different parts of the globe in different colours.
